New for 2023 - The microBlog ✂️
In early 2022, Sub@omic developed the microBlog so that Customers were able to effectively login to their website and make discrete changes to content on selected pages.
You're looking at the microBlog right now! This inset text is managed with a simple editing form outside of the database that underpins this website. Web Diffusion allows Sub@omic to cut a hole in a web page and, through it, display text that its Customers enter-into and manage-through, an easy to use form.
By late 2022 a new use case had arisen and what began to emerge was how the functionality of the microBlog could be further extended to offer a new kind of safe haven. Twitter was sold and people began to question whether to leave Twitter and, if so, which platform to migrate to. In January 2023, Steve Whiting began beta testing the microBlog's ability to publish individual 'biscuits' as an RSS feed.Take a Biscuit
