Rackspace Email
It has come to our attention that certain users may be experiencing occasional bounces of email for which we sincerely apologise.
The reason for the difficulty is that our provider of our IMAP email accounts, Rackspace, has had a number of their IP addresses blocked by Microsoft. As a result, users may experience a bounce-back into their inbox when sending an email to an Outlook, Office 365 or MSN email address.
We've sent a detailed explanation to our Customers who may be affected by this issue. Please check your inbox.
We'll keep our eyes on the issue and hope that you're not inconvenienced any further but would ask you to let us know if you experience ongoing difficulties.
